Perfect except shower door
Everything, from location,the 600 yr. old building,cleanliness, breakfast and staff was perfect. The rooms (we stayed at 2 ) are comfortable. Only problem is no shower door or curtain exist. After a shower the whole bathroom is under water. We dealt with the problem by putting our used towels on the floor, not the best but the only solution we could come up with. A hard solution as the building is so old and there is limited space for the room and bathroom

not so comfortable single room
The complex itself is in fact great: a traditional Mardin konak. Nice terraces, nice breakfast. The single room however I found not very comfortabel. Hardly any light from outside; a bed which was a bit oblique; bathroom a bit cramped with not enough space in fact for the toilet. Shower: such a modern thing but not everything working and some dirty parts of it standing in the showerplace.

Disappointing
On arrival I had to wait for an hour while my room was cleaned,a cup of tea would have been nice.big dusty comfortable rooms with battered furniture,must have seen some action over the years. a kettle but you have to bring your own tea/coffee! Average Turkish breakfast served on the terrace.dont expect any service whatsoever, didn't see any staff after 6pm,only the people from the city partying outside my room on the terrace until 2am,they must have kept everyone awake, nobody to tell them to keep quiet! Even on checking out I needed some advice on a taxi to the airport, nobody around! Spend a bit extra and stay at ulubey konegi,my advice!

Economy odasinda 2 gece kaldik, otel merkezi konumda bence ve kahvaltisida kotu degildi. Sadece odamizda iki ayri yatak birlestirilmis ve o yataklar alttan acilmamasi icin desteklenmemis. Banyoda alt tarafindan cok su akitiyordu yer havlusu sermemizd ragmen. Camsiz bir oda oldugunu dikkat etmemistim. Otelde tekrardan konaklarim ama kesinlikle baska odalarinda

Kaldığımız sure boyunca evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Tek sorun soğuk yağışlı havalarda en yukarıdaki terasta oturma imkaninın olmayışı. Koltukların minderleri ıslak oluyor belki bir kismının ustü kapanabilir. Çunkü bizim tercih etme sebebimiz bereketli hilali fok güzel görmesiydi. Umarım bu konuda bir geliştirme yaparlar çünkü manzara müthiş

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr schön in einem alten vornehmen Gebäude am Rand der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist nett. Trotz allem: Mein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption war die reine Katastrophe. Fast kein Licht, was nicht nur am Alter des Gebäudes liegt, das bewusst auf Fenster verzichtet, weil durch diese Hitze eindringt. Man hätte auch stärker Lampen und mehr davon verwenden können. Für Leute mit Brille ist es unzumutbar. Zum Glück habe ich immer eine Stirnlampe mit, die mir sehr half. Die Kloobrille liegt neben dem Klo, weil die Halterung kaputt ist. Als ich die Dusche anstellen wollte, kippte deren Rückwand nach hinten weg. Es kann aber sein, dass diese Probleme, abgesehen von den Löchern in der Bettdecke, nur in meinem Zimmer auftreten, und die anderen ganz anders sind. Ich kann nur mein Zimmer bewerten, und das war einfach extrem schlecht.

das Erreichen bzw. Finden des Hotels auch mithilfe des Navis ist eine Herausforderung und nimmt unheimlich viel Zeit in Anspruch (in unserem Fall gute Stunde). Volles Treppensteigen kommt auch dazu. Parkplatz entspricht auch nicht der behaupteten Angaben. er liegt außerorts(jedes Mal wieder mit vielen Treppen hat man zu kämpfen ) und wirkt sehr unsicher.
