Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good.

Very clean and comfortable but horrendous noise outside room 10 from some kind of motor/pump kicking in every 5mins! Unsure how many other rooms affected. Unable to sleep even with ear plugs. Needs addressing.

Property was perfectly located near the cricket ground for the match we were attending. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.plenty of food choices around.

Clean room, but quite cold. Bathroom needs updating, cracked tiles and shower not letting water run away quickly enough. Room very close to main road, so quite noisy, and was also woke up around 3.30am by guests arriving back unaware of how to use key code door entry.

A good room for the price and its location. Clean and looked after. The property has a dorm room feel to it. Only issue was the parking, all allocated spots were taken up and its not clear if you're able to use neighbouring areas. Would have liked extra pillows as there was only one each. The hosts request photo ID via an email not thru Hotels.com contrary to Hotels.com saying every communication goes thru them. Please check with Hotels.com beforehand.

I did not manage to check in, as the code was not sent to me (even though I had paid the deposit prior to the day of arrival, a deposit that was initially falsely stated as double the amount of the night booked), and could not reach the manager by any means for a while. It was freezing cold and rained.

Great location for sporting events & access to West Bridge. There was plenty of parking & the room was immaculately clean- a little warm, so very grateful for the room fan. Only downside for me is the inevitable traffic noise, which is audible with the windows shut but is not loud enough to disturb sleep.
