Fantastic customer service and friendly staff, coffee, ice lollies, fruit and Danish pastries - you just help yourself!! A hotel well worth staying at, close to railway station and shopping... would definitely stay there again....

Good value and very good hotel in its own right
This was my second stay here and I'll be back next time I'm in Maastricht. I can't really fault the hotel in any way. It is a short walk from the train station so it's good to not have to carry big luggage too far on cobblestone streets. Once there, it's easy to go anywhere in the town on foot as Maastricht is quite a compact place. Free hot drinks and snacks also make it good value for money. Cleanliness was better than a few four-start hotel I stayed at.
