An absurd experience. We knew we had booked a 3-star hotel, but the overall atmosphere felt completely off from the moment we arrived. The lobby was oddly empty, with loud techno music playing, an indoor fountain, and cold air conditioning that made the space feel unwelcoming rather than relaxing. One of the biggest frustrations was housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned unless we specifically requested it or left a sign on the door. When we did ask, it felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff. The booking process itself was easy and straightforward. We tried the breakfast one morning. It was decent, but nothing memorable. The omelet was the only item we particularly enjoyed. The room was extremely warm throughout our stay. The window could not be fully opened, and the hotel did not provide a fan. The shower was very small and uninspiring, and the room itself felt bland and lacked any sense of comfort or character. With the heat and limited space, it was not somewhere we felt comfortable spending time. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the T-bane, which provides quick access to Oslo city center. Overall, while the location was convenient, the atmosphere, comfort level, and service made this a disappointing stay.

Nice area to stay in as an alternative to the usual city center thing. The place could use a bit of an upgrade, elevator was a bit shaky and buttons that didn't work so well, the door to the room was tough to open and had to be pulled shut, the bathroom door was also a bit hard to close. No AC in the toom, there was a fan but not in the best shape and a bit noisy. But: room had a balcony which was great, nice view and perfect spot in the sun. Nice bed, decent room for a decent price. Breakfast was ok, small buffet with a bit of everything. I'm vegan though and there were no vegan options as far as I could see. I "cheat" a bit with my diet when I travel but would really have appreciated some vegan alternatives. All in all, somewhere between a 3 and a 4 for me but I will still probably stay here again.

If you are on a business trip, it is difficult to get a receipt if you purchase something at the bar. They said it would be added to my room, but it wasn’t and now they are not getting back to me after 2 e-mails. This happend a week ago.

At first appearance a nice looking hotel abt 20 min walk from the central station , not the worst area but also not the best. Staff did not speak norwegian and dod not seem very service minded. I was ”upgraded” to a double from a single, which turned put to be more of a holiday apartment with 4 beds , with no view- i really had no use for 3 extra beds :p there were facilities like a small kitchen and a kettle but no tea or coffee or even cups, just 4 plain glasses. Bathroom had cracks and toilet seat did not stay up. Awesome water pressure in the shower but unfortunately no barrier so bathroom floor became flooded almost and VERY slippery.. These things are easy to fix to make it a better experience and a full size mirror would have been good but most of all - change the beds and pillows! it was the most uncomfortable bed and pillows ive ever experienced- bed was rock hard and pillows not comfortable at all- woke up with a terrible neck pain and will not be staying there again. Over all it didnt feel too welcoming and was a bit noisy due to thin walls.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The hotel lied to us in order to secure our reservation. Before booking, we specifically called to ask about parking availability because we had been traveling around Norway by car, and having a parking space was essential. The staff member we spoke to assured us that they always had parking available and that there would be no problem if we booked a room. The next day, just 30 minutes before check-in, the very same person answered the phone and casually informed us that the parking was completely full. When I reminded him of what he had promised the day before, he became defensive and started yelling at both me and my partner instead of trying to help or apologize. If they had simply been honest from the beginning, we would have booked another hotel. Instead, we were left scrambling to find parking at the last minute after being misled. The breakfast was disappointing as well. Although it was advertised as being served until 10:00 a.m., the hot food had already stopped being replenished well before then. We were left with only a few leftovers. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Sämre än väntat, tyvärr. Vi var där när det var över 30 grader ute och med ingen AC på rummen (hade vi missat) blev nätterna hemska. Minst 30 grader på rummen också. En fläkt fanns på rummet. Vi fick möjlighet att byta rum vilken var lika varmt men åtminstone större familjerum, takterrass osv, vilket var bra. Första rummet var flera saker trasiga. Skjutdörr och lås på toaletten. Andra rummet bättre. Rummen var utrustade med komplett kök, men inget fick användas. Tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och spis står ”får inte användas”. Inte heller några grytor, tallrikar eller bestick. Varför ha kök (vilket även visas tydligt på bilderna) när inget får användas. Väldigt missvisande. Frukost ok men inget märkvärdigt. Personalen var bra och tillmötesgående.

Vi åkte hem en dag tidigare. Äckligt rum, med tex blod på gardinerna. Det var 34 grader varmt i Oslo, hotellet styr inte över vädret men ingen AC och rum ut mot en vältrafikerad gata gör att det låter mycket med öppen dörr. Dålig frukost. Oskönt område. Leta vidare
