Rozczarowanie

Oferta zawiera nieścisłości wprowadzające w błąd. Apartamenty Villa 4 Pory Roku znajdują się bliżej centrum Jastrzębiej Góry, na ul. Derdowskiego a nie na Klifowej 1. Podany numer telefonu do hotelu również jest z błędem. Bardzo rozczarował nas zaoferowany pokój. Lokalizacja na parterze, przy drzwiach wejściowych do budynku i tuż przy windzie obniża znacząco komfort pobytu. Rozkładany tapczan w najmniejszym stopniu nie spełniał standardu apartamentu, a pościel którą mieliśmy do dyspozycji była niskiej jakości i nie miała nic wspólnego z opisem w ofercie. Po sezonie letnim bez problemu można w Jastrzębiej znaleźć PRAWDZIWY apartament bez potrzeby wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Takie rozwiązanie polecam!

Hotellet försöker lura till sig extra betalt

Varning! Boendet ville ha mer pengar än överenskommet med Hotels.com. Cirka 25% mer och de var fruktansvärt påstridiga. Jag fick till slut ge ett ultimatum, endera får ni det som är överenskommet med Hotels.com eller inget alls, Välj! Då gav de med sig när jag var på väg ut genom dörren

Mycket fräscht och fint boende. Wifi fungerade inte på rummet. Tyvärr blev det en otrevlig upplevelse när vi skulle checka ut för att de begärde 500 kronor mer betalt per natt än det totalpris vi fått vid bokningen på hotels.com Gästen som skulle checka ut precis efter oss fick också ett extra prispåslag. Hotellet hävdade att priserna på hotels.com inte stämde och var lägre än den tarif de använde sig av.

Not a hotel for them that already have a bad back

Jag tyckte att jag hade bokat ett separat sovrum. Istället fick vi ett rum (öppenplanlösning) med en bäddsoffa. Vi sov där en natt men bäddsoffan var verkligen inte bekväm (stenhård och liten). Efter mycket övertalande och hot om att byta hotell så fixade de ett annat rum till en högre kostnad. Vi fick ett separat sovrum men sängarna var verkligen inte heller bra. Om man läser igenom de flesta recensioner så är det genomgående kommentarer om att sängarna och bäddsofforna är dåliga. Har man redan en dålig rygg välj ett annat hotell. The beds are really bad!!!!

Godt tilfreds

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn, og der var god plads til os i lejligheden. Dejligt med en pool og en legeplads i haven. Tæt ved strand og en gåtur på ca 1,5 km til shopping og restauranter, hvor maden var god. Vær forberedt på, at de fleste kun kan tale polsk, det samme gælder menukort. Ca 7 km til en fantastisk badestrand ved Władysławowo

Dajecie się oszukać? Doliczają 99zł za sprzątanie!

Nie dajcie się zwieść niskiej cenie. U mnie 100 zł za dobę, ale doliczenie 99 zł za tzw. sprzątanie, to nadużycie! W recepcji zostałem poinformowany, że to po kosztach. Owszem na stronie była informacja, ale drobnym druczkiem i na końcu, tak, aby tego nie zauważyć. Informacja, że koszt 100 zł za noc, to świadome wprowadzanie konsumenta w błąd, bo dochodzi do tego 99-130 zł za sprzątanie!!! Takie praktyki kwalifikują się do przekazania tego dalej...

Był to wyjazd z rodziną. Plac zabaw ok, ale w basenie trochę brudno a chloru tyle ze szczypał w oczy, ale ogólnie pozytywnie.
