Fantastic check-in with staff ensuring a meal, even although the restaurant had officially just closed. We were able to eat in the bar with our dog, essential after an 8 hour journey! Overall stay was nice, however when cooking for our family the fire alarm went off 5 times. Causing fear and alarm due to the fan of the cooker not woking so no ventilation. The radiator fell off the wall when trying to turn the heating on... not to mention my 6 year old daughter running into the sitting room with a small bag with paraphernalia inside along side a mirror with white residue all over it. But the beds were comfy n kids loved the hotub.
