Occupancy is restricted to the number of guests listed on the reservation with an ID verification in place. Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit and the reservation will be immediately cancelled.

This is a privately owned unit in a residential building and it is not a hotel. The building concierge will not have any information about your reservation and does not handle key pick-up or drop-off. Guests are advised to not interact with the concierge since they are not registered residents of the building and are not listed on the system. Concierge only serves the registered residents. Property is a five-minute walk from the key collection point which will be provided with check-in instructions before arrival date.

This property charges a 700 CAD security/damage deposit upon arrival via credit card. The funds will be released up to 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
