Never again!
This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

Had a great time there
My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Frustrante
Fomos em família. Ocupamos 4 quartos. O meu, tirando as toalhas fininhas e a ausencia da tolha piso para banheiro, o quarto estava ok. Piscina em fds interditada. Quando liberou, nao tinha toalhas para piscina, estavam todas lavando... inacreditavel. Os demais quartos da família: chaves nao abriam portas dos quartos, ar condicionado sem funcionar e funcionarios disseram.que nao podiam fazer nada. Meu pai, cadeirante, nao tinha acesso ao banheiro do quarto, pois a cadeira de rodas nao passa, e disseram que o quarto era acessível. Toalhas dos quartos deles encardidas, finas e até rasgadas. Inacreditável. Enfim, foi um monte de coisinhas. Saímos chateados. Um.fds de estresse quando era para ser de lazer.

Estadia um pouco frustrante - um quarto de casal e quando chegamos só tinha uma toalha de banho e nenhuma de rosto e piso. Solicitamos e todas elas muito desgastadas e até com manchas. Box com vazamento. Cortina blackout com uma parte solta. Café da manhã com produtos muito fracos e ruim sistemática na reposição dos itens de serviço

boa tarde. hotel tem ótima localização mas o atendimento terrível, pois tudo era demorado, não limpavam o quarto, não trocavam e muito menos repor toalhas e itens de higiene. não pretendo voltar e muito menos indicar aos colegas. experiencia muito ruim. não sou de reclamar, se analisar meu histórico tenho bastante reservas, mas esse hotel não tem condições.

O hotel tem um bom serviço, mas não tem identidade. Hospeda bem. Pessoal do restaurante muito gentil. Algumas pessoas da recepção podem ser melhor treinadas. Quartos acomodam bem, têm conforto. Mas, falta charme, algo que torne o local interessante de estar e voltar, não apenas hospedar.
