Terrific for families, lots of space to spread out at the end of the day. Good restaurants and Parque de Carolina nearby. Quiet. Good room service from the Marriott next door and all their amenities through a joint deal they’ve worked out. Watch the thousands of cyclists on Ave Rio Amazonas on Sundays. .

The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that they tried to charge me $30 for early check-in even though I explained my Expedia benefits allow me to check in early when available. They told me my unit was available, but I needed to pay…. So I didn’t. They also charged me a $27 tax I don’t know why.

Beautiful pool and spa area. Loved the steam room. There could have been better information on all the amenities we didn’t know where to eat breakfast which was included. We purchased some beer in the common are which was advertised as 5 dollars we payed at the front desk. Then the same girl that took our money called our room later and asked for more money. The guy with her told her she was wrong but she insisted we pay more.
