Lisbon Serviced Apartments Baixa Castelo

We loved our apartment. We were a bit apprehensive about the virtual check-in, but it worked perfectly. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & comfortable. The location is very good, close to Lisbon Square, Baixa-Chiado metro, & Rossio train station. Close to yellow bus stop at Lisbon Square. Transport to & from the apartment is thus very accessible. Pingo Doce supermarket a short walk (via the Elevador Castelo). I highly recommend this apartment for holiday accommodation.

The apartment was attractively decorated and comfortable. It was close to the metro and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. Our room faced a central well so had little natural light and was a bit noisy but the other other benefits outweighed this. We were also surprised by the smell in the room but the manager explained Lisbon has a drainage issue and if we keep all plugs closed when not in use it reduced the odor. Maybe some room fragrance would be a useful addition.

Great location. Amazing apartment. Qould stay here again. The building has an elevator but some ofnthe units are on 2 flors. If you can't do one flight of stairs i would check before booking to see if your unit is on one floor or 2.

Excellent check-in, clear, precise, workable .

The apartment was well located and easily access with a lift in the building. The interior was spacious and well equipped with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The servicing was completed daily and the apartment was kept very clean. The only issue we really encountered was a strong musty smell throughout the apartment that was present throughout our stay. While the hosts attempted to fix this with a freshener, the smell remained throughout our stay and really affected how we felt about our experience of the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, particularly if you have respiratory issues.
