Reseption is open only part of the day, but access to the property and our room was easy even though we arrived at 1 am. Cleaning staff are nice and they do a good job. The room is a bit small, but the bed was good and it had a decent size bathroom with a shower. The private balcony was a lovely bonus. If you are a sensitive sleeper you should bring earplugs, there is no soundproofing in the building and you hear every door open and close pluss all conversation in the hallway (and some from the neighbouring room). The hotel has a good location, we walked to all the attractions (Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Marcellus theatre, Piazza Navona, ...), and the streets right outside are filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

The location is outstanding. Even though it's off of a very busy street, our room was so quiet. And conveniently, there is an absolutely amazing restaurant directly next to the hotel. The air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels and dish soap. They are so responsive on whatsapp. Much appreciated! Would absolutely stay again!

Pictures were a misrepresentation of the property. Furniture was old and used, chairs were stained. We asked for two beds and they set up two kid-like beds five inches off the ground. All the utensils, looked as if they were plumaged from an old house. To get to rooms you need to be through a heavy door, go up a flight of stairs to an elevator that fits three ppl most so had to take three trips to get our bags up and down. If you want bare bones, it’s ok. Not great for families or ppl who want a comfortable clean room
