This hotel is in an old stylish building. The rooms have been very well renovated. It was clean and today with everything we needed. There was a common room which was very well renovated and we were very happy with it. Our hostess Stefania was most helpful and hospitable. She made us feel at home. This boutique hotel gave very clear instructions from start to finish. It was very efficient.

My entire stay at New Design was magnificent! The room was beautiful, very cozy…high ceilings, a hot tube, great a/c and heat, wonderful housekeeping staff, a spectacular bathroom, big screen, outside elevator…I can go on and on! I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall environment was pleasant. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke a mirror inside the room. This was entirely my responsibility and not the hotel’s fault at all. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding. They came to assist me, handled the situation professionally, and made everything much easier. The service provided by the entire staff was excellent from start to finish. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism and would definitely recommend this place.
