El estacionamiento no lo incluye, apesar de que nuestra reserva decía que incluía estacionamiento sin valet, le enseñé la reservación y no nos validó nada nos atendió Rodrigo y pésima actitud de servicio al huésped. La suite estaba súper sucia, en el sillón gomitas, sin shampoo, reservamos suite y no nos llevaban una cobija que solicitamos.

Cuando llegas tampoco te informan Te realizan el cobro completo por las noches que reservaste y una vez que ya te cobran te informan que no incluye estacionamiento y ya no puedes cancelar …. El hotel no se hace responsable del estacionamiento aún y cuando rentas te ofrecen estacionamiento wifi y desayuno gratis. (Argumentaron que a partir de ese momento por indicaciones de gerencia el Hotel no proporciona el estacionamiento). Por otro lado las TV son viejas ofrecen TV S-Mart y son Muy viejas no tienen apps como Netflix Disney etc intenté actualizar y bajar las apps pero son TV viejas que no permiten bajar apps
