Warmly greeted, reception personnel very personable and attentive to guest needs. The room was comfortable and clean, cleanning personnel extremely efficient and detail oriented. Good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Pre-checkin emails were awesome and I used the airport transfer service which was highly reasonable in the Istanbul market.
