It was adequate. Water in shower, however, was lukewarm so I declined to take a shower. And no lamp beside the bed for reading. Hosts were friendly enough.

Economical, friendly, quiet.
Hotel clerk very helpful. There was a slow drain in the shower so I couldn't use it. Bed very comfortable. Not noisy like many other motels can be on a Saturday night. There could be brighter lighting at the desk, like a lamp.

The 2 gentlemen who are managing the Rodeway INN are doing a wonderful job! It sparse on the outside but my room was impeccably clean amd welcoming. Immediate hot water w a shower chair. I have never seen such a filthy hotel in my life! $177.00 a night and it was absolutely atrocious. I took several pictures of the filth. Boogers and other stuff on the walls. Carpets were dirty, the bathtub was filthy and there was a pair of underwear behind the refrigerator. I cannot believe that Expedia even represents this dive. We moved the next morning and I was credited for one day. Nothing was available that night due to the Pendleton Roundup going on. I should have been credited for the whole reservation. The manager said it was because the building was old. Yes it was, but that doesn't constitute filth. Unbelievable! Disgusting!

The friendly staff was the best part. Other than that this place was just old with lots of stains and did not feel clean.The shower did not work properly. And the pillows were very flat. We had two nights booked and had just head home the second night because we felt like we could not stay there another night.

No breakfast, but worth the stay
If you're looking for a no frills hotel with great water pressure, great HVAC, comfy bed and nice hardwood floors (i suppose the TV is decent too) stay here. PSA: 1. I couldn't intially figure out the sink stopper, so informed the manager and he got right to letting his maintence guy know- the sink is jeery rigged below- pull down on the back end and the stopper pops up. 2. No breakfast since the panademic, so don't come here expecting food. (I did, but have leftover snacks) 3. In the room i stayed at the lamp was plugged into the socket where the microwave and frig are, so the lamp needed to be moved to the one closest to the bed so the microwave could be used- maybe housekeeping swapped the plugs for the appliances? In light of these PSAs may your stay here be enjoyable as this property is decent as I'd stay here again
