This wasn’t our first day at Holiday Inn in West Ocean City. They are super dog friendly staff is super helpful, friendly and the best we’ve ever dealt with at a hotel/motel. This is the best place to stay in West Ocean City, Maryland. We love it here. It is a great place to plant your feet when you’re going to Assateague Island.

Carpet in our room was 100 years old and dirty. The small sofa very old too, kind of expected for an old building but full of stains. The sleeping sofa also old do you could really feel the springs. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated staff

The staff—especially Ray and Shelly—were excellent. The housekeeping and breakfast teams were attentive and provided a generous breakfast spread. I had such a great stay that I even helped fix their printer connection issues as a small thank-you. You really can’t go wrong staying here!
