Lots of facilities do not work in the room
The room that I had is in another building which is very far away from the main building. I was not told that the room is not at the same location when making the booking. I asked the local staff, the recepition was very rude. He complained on me why we are not enough professional of not reading the terms. However, I checked my booking again and it was not mentioned at all in my booking. Lots of facilities do not work in the room, such as teakettle, which is very dirty. The reciption is not 24H, however, during the working hour, on one answers my call. The location of the hotel is excellent, however, according to the current serval quality, the room is out of price.

rude staff at reception
We booked the room for three days. The breakfast was forgoteen to provide in one day. Since there is no way to find the reception in the early morning. We have to consume the mini-bar. When checking out, the receiption complained that why we steal their minbar. I told them they did not provide the breakfast and if they need a payment, they should summarize the total amount and we paid at check out. However, they said that we should pay the minibar to them before consuming anything. They do not know how much many need to pay at check out for minibar. This is the first time that I heard client need to pay the minibar to the reciption before any consumption, althought the reciption's working time is 10H to 17H. They did not make appologize for forgetting providing us the breakfast, but just saying that if we were in the room during their coming, they cannot come into the room to refill the breakfast. What a poor managment and rude staff. They conplain on us of not being professional of staying in their hotel, while I spent more than 100 days a year in hotels.

Chaotic management
The management of the hotel is chaotic. We selected two twin beds room type for our rooms, but the hotel do not have two twin beds room at all. The hotel just told us the bed type is not guaranteed. Guest should know that. However, if they do not have this room type, why provide us this choice.

Honeymoon in Rome
My wife and I stayed at 504 Corso Suites for a few days as part of a honeymoon trip across Italy. The location is great, as it's situated relatively close to most major landmarks. The room was nice and had all the amenities you'd expect. Breakfast wasn't anything overly special but was fine. The on-site printer was especially helpful for any last-minute documents. Our only major complaint, which wasn't necessarily the fault of the management, was the constant construction noise from early in the morning to late in the afternoon. We hadn't been advised of this going in, so it came as a bit of a surprise to be awoken by the sound of a jackhammer (this was repeated our second morning there as well). If you're going to be staying there in the near future it may be worth asking if the work in the building is still ongoing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
