The resort is centrally located so you are close to all restaurants and beach bars on either side. The mini mall behind the resort has all kinds of shops and restaurants for anything you need. I would highly recommend Bananarama to anyone wanting to get the best West Bay experience!

Room was serviceable for a beach side resort. It’s was very quiet, ac worked great, bed was comfortable, and there was ample hot water with great pressure. Staff seemed to be indifferent towards guests. Hotel seemed to cater to workers families and cruise ship reservations more than actual guests. Beach chairs would be taken by workers families and also saved for cruise ship reservations while hotel guests would go without a chair or umbrella. Bar staff would also ignore people trying to get drinks even if you were seated at the bar. It seemed a bit odd almost as if it were intentional.
