Oceanic is an older motel. Rooms are very small but neat. The very best thing about this motel is the location! Directly on the Bay with Sand Beach! And border's the inlet! Great fishing and free coffee 24hours

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep on, thats what you get here. Its old and outdated. Rooms are just big enough for the bed. The AC is window mounted units which was very loud. The room was clean and a fraction of the cost of all other hotels.

This motel is so conveniently located and has great views of the seaside nice benches and seating right in the sand you can walk down to the pier. Getting to the boardwalk is great because it's only a couple minute walk but you're at the end of the boardwalk so it's not as crowded and crazy. The staff was kind and helpful and gave me some recommendations for some local golf course for the children. All in all we had a wonderful time and we plan to make it an annual tradition

This is 1950's hotel. The service, location and the view is excellent. But being a 1950's hotel the furniture, carpet and bathrooms are not updated. It's Location Location, Location folks. It's in walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and plenty of restaurants.

Location!! Right on the inlet/bay side. Food boardwalk within walking distance. Older but clean, comfortable and prime Location to chill under some palm trees (in season) watch the boats or fisherman or grill and relax. Perfect for families has connected rooms.

We were quite sceptical after booking and then reading reviews. It's been a hotel on my bucket list for many years and was really looking forward to this trip. We stayed in room 61... everything was clean. Towels were fresh. Only blinds at the windows but that was fine. Bathroom was small but functional. Same with the room... functional for a one night stay for 2 people. The view of the inlet was wonderful. Great to sit out in the morning and watch the boats go by. Tv worked fine. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. No complaints! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We didn't bring shampoo because we're used to having it in the room. Went down and asked if they happened to have any and they provided the regular hotel sample size...ever so grateful! Recommend you give it a try

You cannot beat the location! It's a simple, small, very affordable, old school motel. The beds were comfortable, the staff is great, the rooms were basically clean and the air conditioning worked. My only issue is that none of the rooms have curtains. The rooms have privacy blinds but the property is so lit up with lights, EVERYONE in our group was basically awake at 3:00 a.m. Bring your own curtains or bring your own eye covers. Love the place and will definitely go back... With a sleep mask. 👍
