The quest Bendigo is very dated and it shows in the rooms. All the amenities were good and room felt comfortable and was very clean. TV has no free to air channels so you need to have the apps on your phone to watch TV. The bed was comfortable and no walk in shower.

The staff were nice and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the showers were very slippery and dangerous for the elderly. The verandah was very dirty, full of leaves. I asked for a broom and swept it up myself, but it needed a good mop. Overall a good stay for the 4 nights.

Friendly reception staff and a good-sized room for a solo traveller. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The heater was very loud and sounded as though it may need servicing. The curtains had multiple holes throughout them, which allowed a significant amount of light into the studio room. Block out curtains would have helped reduce the light coming in from outside. The walls also appeared to be quite thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the room next door. As a result, I didn’t have the most comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, the staff were welcoming, but some maintenance and soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience.
