We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. The housekeeping staff made sure everything is well kept and stocked up. And if you call front desk and request they are quick to fulfill your request. Thank you!
