Casa Alfonsina is such a gem in Santa Cruz. The vibe is cozy and peaceful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is great. But what really makes it special is the staff, they’re incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was also amazing, every meal felt thoughtful and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Um excelente ApartHotel simpático, agradável, aconchegante e muito bem localizado em Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
A única observação, seria melhorar um pouquinho a iluminação do quarto e uma tomada próximo a cama, do resto na minha avaliação, tudo ótimo !!

Great location & neighborhood
We liked this hotel enough to stay twice during our trip. We traveled throughout country and stayed in many hotels and this was definitely worth a repeat. Hotel is centrally located, clean, friendly, safe, and had by far the best WiFi strength and connectivity of any hotel we've visited ANYWHERE! Many restaurants, stores, pharmacies, within walking distance. We have and will continue to recommend this hotel, although we realize that if too many others find it, availability may become scarce.... Thanks to all at Imboccalupo for making our stay (s) feel like home.

The place is excellent and well situated. The only improvement I can suggest is to vary the breakfast a little bit more since if you stay more than 1 day you wind up having the same things for breakfast every day. For instance, they could try varying the egg dish a little rather than making the same dish each morning.

Definitivamente el mejor apart hotel en el que me he hospedado.
Habitaciones son excelentes al igual que el servicio.
Lo único que les puedo pedir es que agreguen tocino al menú del desayuno!

We liked it!
We ended up liking the place very much. First, we thought it was too far away from downtown, but there were restaurants and coffee shops in a walking distance. The room had too many pictures with a strong flavor, but it was clean and roomy. The people who worked there were always kind and attentive. The only thing we didn't like was the noise, perhaps of a ventilation machine from outside.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location! Amazing breakfast and the 2 level room was beautiful with great views of the city. Highly recommended.

Excelente Servicio y Atención
Realmente es el mejor hotel por su servicio, habitaciones, personal, ubicación (Equipetrol) etc. en el que he estado en Bolivia. Es pequeño y super acogedor. Siempre regresaré a este hotel me mis futuros viajes. Saludos cordiales a todos que hicieron grata mi estadía: Andrés ( el dueño) me trató como si fuéramos amigos de toda la vida, las personas de recepción Araceli, Roberto y Marcos siempre estuvieron pendientes de todo y el Sr. Rómulo quien me recibió a la madrugada cuando llegué se portó excelente. Les recomiendo al 200% el Inboccalupo.

A really lovely hotel, perhaps the best in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable bed, amazing attention to details in the room and in the reception area.
The only bad things were... there were ants. Basically don't leave any food out- they seemed to come from nowhere. Luckily they dispersed a while after the food was removed.
The other thing was the WiFi is pretty week downstairs. Which is a shame because it's such a nice space to be in to work rather than alone in your room.
