Nice accommodation with a very small bathroom
A nice rom, the bathroom is very small though! The shower is too narrow and there are not enough space for the bide! This is a bed & room so no staff available at the accommodation. The AC was not working and no one around to fix it. A bar is situated outside room 1 and it gets very noisy once the bar is open.

The place is located at the end of the street, a bit hard to find and sketchy entrance but once inside the building and the first floor the door opens to a set of rooms. I would advice to communicate in advance with Marco. He is wonderful and will answer all your questions in advance including you advance check-in, who can facilitate a lot. The cleaning lady is very pleasant. They cleaned our room even it late on Sunday. This place is right in the middle and central located to main commercial streets, restaurants, shopping, boat terminals, train station, etc. We loved it. Grazie Marco!!

En fait ce n est pas un hotel mais un bed and room ..l accueil par la logeuse a ete tres correct car la climatisation dans la chambre ( 34 degres exterieur ne fonctionnait pas ) et elle a tout fait pour nous trouver un ventilateur !,mais celui ci tres bruyant la nuit . Fenetres db vitrage donnant sur ruelle en cul de sac tres bruyante aussi car bar a tapas . Grosse difficulte a decharger bagages et se garer a proximite . Petit dej dans un cafe glacier a proximite immediate . L avantage etant pouvoir se deplacer a pied ds petites rues autour et trouver restauration . A noter bouiloire,petit frigo et coffre ( mais qui ne fermait pas ) et securite ++ avec carte d acces magnetique et porte blindee de chambre . Enfin acces proche de la gare a pied e.viron 20 min

Aria condizionata non funzionante
un'esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio in stanza e scopro, una volta dentro, che l'aria condizionata si era rotta proprio nel giorno in cui siamo arrivati. Il problema principale è stata la mancanza di comunicazione. Il proprietario non ci ha avvisati che non avremmo avuto aria condizionata (il 18 di agosto) al suo posto c'era un ventilatore che purtroppo muoveva solo l'aria calda. Una notte infernale, non siamo riusciti a dormire dal troppo caldo. Mi dispiace perché l'appartamento è carino, la pulizia e la posizione ottima. Spero risolvano presto il guasto, perché così è invivibile la stanza.

Leider wurde uns erst am gleichen Tag bezüglich Checkin geschrieben, was etwas spät war da wir am Morgen von unserer anderen Unterkunft bereits unterwegs waren und kein Internet hatten.. Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwierig. Die Dame in der Unterkunft war trotzdem nett, aber sie hat uns versichert dass, das Zimmer um 14:00 Uhr fertig ist war es aber um 15:00 Uhr immer noch nicht, das Gepäck konnten wir aber währenddessen dort lassen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und in der Nacht war er sehr laut (ein Hund irgendwo im Gebäude) Frühstück ist im Kaffee nebenan und für den Preis o.k..
