The service at this hotel was outstanding! The front desk staff and the restaurant staff went out of their way to greet you and take care of your needs. One restaurant manage even took me around the breakfast buffet to explain all of the Indian choices available for breakfast. The food, by the way, was delicious!

Just returned after a 3 nights very memorable stay at Marriott Kochi. Lovely spacious room, immaculately clean bath and toilet. Great breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant Kochi Kitchen. Special mention of outstanding service: At reception by Akash and Meenu. Housekeeper on floor 22- Aasman. Outstanding service team at Kochi Kitchen led by Rinoy Mathew, Anil and team. Thanks much for a great stay.

I booked two rooms for my two teenage boys and I and the other room for my parents and my two nieces. We had such a great time. Food was unbelievable and I was able to eat a lot of traditional Kerala food after a very long time. I was so surprised to see the different types of food they had. Kochi kitchen was excellent where I ate three daysand I experienced Cassava restaurant once. Lulu mall is just 2 minutes away you can walk or they have buggy Services to take you there.
