The staff were unhelpful when we asked for their help. The rooms are not cleaned properly - they are not swept or hoovered properly, hair was still all over the floor. Only 4 food items are available for in room dining. The breakfast is in the basement so you're in a room with no windows. Rooms were smaller and not efficient, no plug on one side of the bed. Bathroom door was broken when we arrived and it took over an hour to get fixed.

오랜만에 신라스테이 묵었는데 정말 실망이 컸습니다. 욕실 유리선반 조명 아래 비치는 먼지가 찝찝함의 극치였고 타올상태도 모텔수준.. 몇년전이기는 하지만 다른 곳에 갔었던 나쁘지 않은 기억까지 싹 달아나게 만드는 지경에 이른 수준이라니..서울근교에서 앞으로 신라스테이를 이용할 생각은 추호도 없습니다!!!

룸 컨디션이 좋지 않았어요. 찢어진 벽지, 제대로 세척되지 않은 조명과 욕조 그리고 무엇보다 별로였던 것은 준비된 어메니티(샴푸, 바디샴푸 등...) 사용하다가 남은 것이었어요. 보통은 다른 지점에서 장박해보면 첫날은 새것이고 중간중간 채워놓던가 하는데 여기는 1박인데도 어메니티가 반밖에 없어서 뭔가 남이 사용하던것을 다시 사용하는 느낌으로 찝찝했습니다. 프론트가 1층인데 비가와서 그런지 특유의 곰팡이취 눅눅한 냄새가 나기도 했고 비즈니스 룸은 기대 이하로 실망스러웠어요.
