2/10 Poor

Dirty and smelly bathroom and toilet

There were issues with the plumbing if the bathroom and toilet and therefore there was a terrible smell in the room. When the reception was informed about the issue they did not offer an alternative room or even tried to fix the problem. Instead they responded to the complain: "if you do not like it, you can leave without any refund"

Ço kötü

Hiç hiyjenik değildi, pisti. Temiz diye koydukları havluda yemyeşil sümük vardı, lavaboda aynı şekildeydi. Oda sigara kokuyordu.

2/10 Poor
