The hotel is ok but unfortunately I paid for a room with a partial view on the sea and I got one with a view on the bushes between the hotel and the beach. I don’t think any room there has a view on the sea when the trees have leaves. The view was very important for me so not coming back again.

Die Zimmer sehr schön, geräumig. Grosser Balkon. Matratze unterirdisch weich und durchgelegen. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Essen gut, gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Bei der Menge an Gästen eher Kantinenflair. Etwas ungewöhnlich, dass 5 Sterne Hotelgäste im gleichen Restaurant essen, wie die Resort Gäste.

Das Hotel hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Leider sind ***** Sterne zuviel. Die Tür musste repariert werden da sie nicht schließte, die Getränke sind sehr Teuer und das essen ist auch nicht so besonders. Für unsere klein Kindern mussten wir uns essen suchen. Da kein essen für sie dabei waren. Das Hotel hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Leider sind ***** Sterne zu viel. Die Tür musste repariert werden, da sie nicht schloss, die Getränke sind sehr teuer und das Essen ist auch nicht so besonders. Für kurzen Urlaub

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet. Mir hat der Saumabereich nicht so gut gefallen aus mehreren Gründen. 1. man muss einen sehr langen Flur entlanglaufen am Essensaal, Tagungsräumen bis man zum Schluss mit Bademantel an der Schwimmhalle angekommen ist. 2. Die Tür vom Saunabereich war oft auf, da die Leute die rausgegangen sind nicht zu gemacht haben. Ungünstig da man ja da nackt ist und der Blick vom Schwimmbad direkt da hinfällt 3. Sehr klein nur eine Trockensauna 2 Dampfsauna, den Ruheraum liegt eine Tür weiter, was ich erst später bemerkt habe. Man muss also wieder ins Schwimmbad um dort reingehen zu können. Einfach ungünstig gebaut. Der Wellnessbereich Massagen ist im Gegensatz sehr schön. Schöne Ambiente. In der Zeit wo wir da waren sehr viel Kinder, wenn man es eher ruhiger haben will lieber ein anderes Hotel buchen. Ich würde das Hotel aber eher in 4 Sterne eingliedern, da einige Reparaturen, Mängel vorhanden sind. Das Hotel ist aber schön gelegen für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und ist Strandnah.

Empfehlenswert

Ein tolles Hotel in wunderbarer Lage. Der Strand und eine endlose Promenade sind direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal da. Das Familienzimmer ist sehr komfortabel für uns vier und die Kinder lieben den Pool und das Spielzimmer. Die Aktivitäten für Kinder sind leider nur auf Polnisch, sodass unsere Kinder nicht mitmachen können. Die durchführenden Personen sprechen weder Englisch noch Deutsch, die Aktivitäten sind sehr Textlastig (Experimente, Schnitzeljagd, Bauen). Das ist schade. Insgesamt sind die Mitarbeiter nicht mehr so freundlich wie früher, die sind alle etwas schlecht gelaunt gewesen. Dennoch ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es hat eine gehobene Atmosphäre. Das Essen war lecker und Frühstück war auch reichlich. Die Massagen waren auch sehr toll. Leider hatten wir bei der Abrechnung erwas Probleme weil die Kommunikation mit Expedia und dem Hotel nicht funktioniert hat. Nach 10 Tagen haben sie es dann erst gelöst. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig, da hätten wir uns gern ein Abendprogramm gewünscht.

Tolle Lage aber keine 5 Sterne

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Bett komfortabel. Auf Anfrage konnten wir ab dem zweiten Tag in ein Balkonzimmer umziehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Kritkpunkte gibt es für das Frühstück. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr laut und trubelig. Der Aufbau des Buffett ist sehr unglücklich, viel zu eng und eingebaut zwischen Tischen und Stühlen. Insgesamt zu viele Menschen für zu wenig Raum, insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wenn die Außenplätze nicht nutzbar sind. 5 Sterne Landeskategorie sollte bei der Beschreibung des Hotel gabz oben stehen, in Deutschland wären es 4 Sterne. Der Saunabereich ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet. Der Pool ist zum Schwimmen nur zwischen 20-21 Uhr nutzbar, davor wird er von Kindern mit Spielzeug und Luftmatratzen zum Toben genutzt. Für Familien klasse, für uns als alleinreisendes Paar weniger. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist fantastisch.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen super Frühstück schöne Umgebung nah am Strand, Zimmer Wellnessbereich ein Schwimmbad Spaß war sehr gut hat terminlich alles gut geklappt.

Die Umgebung des Hotels und die Anlage selbst sind äußerst zufriedenstellend . Das Service entspricht jedoch nicht den üblichen 5 Sterne Erwartungen , sondern ist bestenfalls auf 3-4 Sterne Niveau . Möglicherweise saisonbedingt (November) . Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern dennoch sehr empfehlenswert .

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit plus das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben überzeugt. Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stört gar nicht. Das Buffet ist einzigartig.

Leider enttäuscht!!

Wir haben ein 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht und haben max.3 Sterne bekommen. Das Hotel war verbunden mit einem Resort, so konnten wir nur den selben Wellnessbereich wie das Kinderreiche Resort benutzen, was wiederum gemessen an der Anzahl der Zimmer, viel zu klein war, der Ruheraum nach der Sauna war direkt neben Planschbecken der Kinder nicht erholsam. Auch der Frühstücksraum war mit dem billigeren Resort zusammengefasst, es war morgens eine Katastrophe, der Rat des Hotels war, um 7 Uhr zu Frühstücken da schlafen die Kinder noch, was aber an der Qualität des essen auch nichts geändert hätte ( Gummibrot und der schlechteste Kaffee den es gibt). Wir hatten extra eine große Suite mit 40 qm gebucht, leider war sie sehr spärlich eingerichtet, Couch Sessel Tisch kleiner Schreibtisch ohne Steckdosen und einen kleinen TV der von der Couch soweit weg war,dass man kaum etwas erkennen konnte. Die große Terrasse war toll, aber leider auch nur mit zwei unbequemen Plastik Stühlen ausgestattet obwohl soviel Platz vorhanden war, auf Anfrage uns Sitzkissen zu geben, bekamen wir zwei 20x30 cm kleine Unterlagen die leider auch nicht halfen. Das Hotel war Sauber, auch wenn der Zimmerservice einen Tag passierte. Am Ende sind wir zwei Tage früher angereist und weder Hotel.com noch das Hotel selbst waren bereit die zwei Tage zu erstatten obwohl wir die gesamte Summe bei Ankunft bezahlen mussten, was mit Hotel.com so auch nicht abgemacht war. Übrigens, Corona gibt es nicht in dem Hotel.

Ogólnie ok, ale te 5* to tak trochę naciągane.

Hotel po którym widać, że już trochę czasu funkcjonuje, a nie jest inwestowane. Pokój czysty, przestronny, łazienka duża i wygodna i czysta. Kosmetyki w dużych pojemnikach, więc plus za ekologię i brak jednorazowych mini kosmetyków. Hotel położony tuż przy brzegu, ale widok na morze zasłaniają drzewa. Obsługa ok - w zależności na kogo się trafi (Panie na recepcji miłle i pomocne, za barem również, natomiast na kawiarni słaba obsługa - 19 minut czekaliśmy na obsługę, a na koniec dostaliśmy rachunek nie za swoje zamówienie. Jedzenie w restauracji i na śniadaniu bardzo dobre i smaczne. Pokój był z balkonem, który był osłonięty od innych i zapewniał dyskrecje (po raz pierwszy podczas pobytu w jakimś hotelu spędziliśmy bardzo dużo czasu na balkonie). Ogólnie ok, ale te 5* to tak trochę naciągane.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Tolles Hotel. Angenehmer Service. Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz 40 Zloty pro Tag. Umfangreiches und professionelles Wellness Angebot. Frühstück und Abendessen wurde coronabedingt auf dem Zimmer serviert. Zum Strand 100m Fußweg. Nach Kolberg-Hafen ca. 1h gemütliches Strandwandern.

Personal, Gaststätte, Frühstück und Sauberkeit sehr gut, Probleme beim einchecken wegen unseres Hundes, obwohl ich das Hotel zweimal per E - Mail darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe. Fernsehen eine Zumutung. Bild bleibt aller 30 Sekunden hängen und ist dann nicht mehr synchron beim Ton. Nur Staatsfernsehen (öffentlich rechtlich)
