Nice room in a great location

I recommend this hotel as great value for money, with a nice restaurant, situated above a shopping center which makes everything so easy. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. The only drawback is the noise from adjacent function hall that happens a couple of nights a week.

Great Value for Money, but can be Noisy

The hotel is great value for money in Nairobi. Hotels.com gets the best prices. The hotel sits within the Diamond Plaza Mall, so amazing access to restaurants, coffee, amenities, etc. The staff is responsive; the food is good. However, both the hotel and the mall are old and worn. The pool doesn't look clean and the sauna looks decripit. (I didn't use it). Plus there are often weddings which blare music way into the wee hours of the morning.
