I had a really great stay at PrideInn Azure Nairobi and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Nairobi, especially in the Westlands area.. What stood out most was the service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team were warm, professional and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and throughout my stay they were always willing to assist with questions, requests and recommendations. The customer support was also excellent and whenever I needed something, the response was quick and the staff made an effort to actually solve the issue rather than simply point me in the right direction. The hotel itself has a relaxed atmosphere, and I particularly enjoyed being able to come back after exploring Nairobi and have a comfortable place to unwind. The location in Westlands was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do nearby. Overall, what made my stay memorable was the combination of comfort and genuinely friendly service. The staff made me feel welcome rather than just like another guest, and that makes a big difference when travelling. I had a great time at PrideInn Azure and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Nairobi.
