Special thanks to Bridget and Melvine at the reception for their outstanding support and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank Owen from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He did his very best to brighten my day when it wasn’t going particularly well, and his kindness truly lifted my spirits. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping Supervisor, who handled an issue with my laundry in a highly professional manner. The situation was managed efficiently, thoughtfully, and with great attention to customer satisfaction — exactly the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel.
