Perfect spot for our one day/one night stay in Milan after hiking in the Dolomites. It was right across the street from the train station and easy to access the train to the airport as well as hop on the metro to see the Duomo and other sites. I would 100% stay again. You are in a converted office type building with many other companies. Somewhat noisy, beds are comfortable. Have refrigerator, no way to make tea or coffee. Perfect place for a one night stop over, very clean and modern and next to the train station. The room is small, which we were aware of so it may not be the best for a long stay but we were happy with it. It was also very quiet and safe. As others have said, it's not the easiest to find but as we were aware of that and knew it was on the first floor it was all good. The staff were helpful before arrival and responded to emails quickly.
