"BEWARE!! The property is very dated and poorly maintained. The bathtub in both rooms was chipped, rusted, and extremely slow to drain, making it unpleasant to use.
The hotel only offers valet parking through a third-party vendor, charges $59/day, yet takes no responsibility for the service. After check-in, I reported the drainage issue via their text system but never received a response.
I booked two rooms for my party’s wedding nearby and checked out early after the first night due to the condition. I informed the front desk the second room was still occupied; they experienced the same issue.
When my party tried to retrieve their car, the hotel refused to release it since the room was under my name and demanded my ID. I had already checked out the day before, so they had to call me while stuck in the lobby trying to leave, which was difficult and frustrating. The front desk manager was rude, unhelpful, and clearly did not know how to handle the situation.
The general manager was also dismissive, spoke over me, and made no effort to resolve the issue.
Very disappointing experience overall—poor maintenance, lack of responsiveness, and unprofessional service. I will not return. You’re better off spending a little more for a much better experience—there are plenty of other hotels nearby that would likely treat guests far better. Restaurant in the hotel was ok but again fantastic restaurants nearby to enjoy!"
