The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, coffee shops and restaurants. There was a little corner shop just below and the staff there were super nice too. The tram and buses stopped right outside so it was easy to get to other places too we had the pleasure of meeting the lady who cleaned and she was so sweet. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay in Rome! The location was perfect — about a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The place was comfortable and very convenient for exploring the city. It would be even better with a microwave onsite and perhaps a slightly bigger fridge, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other travelers visiting Rome.

Such a lovely place to stay and so walkable! Coliseum was only a short 5 minute walk and is next to a lovely park. Felt very safe in the area and walked all over Rome at night. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful as well and quick to answer any questions we had. Air conditioning was also a plus! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

The room was modern and nicely done. It was a 5 min walk to the colosseum and many other major attractions in Rome. There is a fantastic restaurant on the corner next to the hotel as well as a short walk down to a very nice street with plenty of shopping and food.

The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this property.

What a beautiful little spot to stay near the Colosseum in Rome. It is walking distance to several sight seeing spots, and also the train station. I would absolutely love to stay there again.
