Hotel was nice itself, room was big and clean. Great location, close to the bars and attractions. The walls are paper thin so everything can be heard. It very close to a church/chapel so we were woken early everyday. We could hear people walking past and people in the other rooms in the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel for what we paid.

The lady receptionist was wonderful! She spent ages writing out recommendations on a post it note for us, for the best fries, best waffles, best bars and restaurants! The hotel was secure and safe and in a prime location to everything, central station and cathedral was 15 min walk! The room was very basic, the door had a gap in, the bathroom door is glass so you have to be comfortable with whoever you’re staying with and you could hear EVERYTHING in the other rooms… From peoples conversations to plugging in the walls to peoples phones vibrating! Despite this, I would stay again!

The hotel bed was terrible—extremely uncomfortable. It made noise constantly; every time I moved or turned from side to side, it creaked loudly. The bathroom also had a horrible smell of sewage.

Electricity was on and off and its summer in Brussells, we opened our windows due to heat & humidity 6. Bathroom has a a strong fould odor, lots of molds 7. The hotel smells bad 8. Pictures on their marketing post disguising the real condition of the hotel 9. Staff has no connections with guests/ flat affect 10. Front desk until 11 pm only, we need to call them internationally to report that the power went out

You get what you pay for… 3 am the people above us was banging around and had a shower we could hear everything. Next door had a shower went to the toilet we could hear it. People in the corridor talking we could hear it! It was so noisy I was exhausted by the end and didn’t feel rested.

Det var ikke et godt sted. Adgang til værelse var tæt på umuligt op af en meget snæver trappe. Rummet var småt der var ikke plads til 2 voksne og 2 kufferter. Toiletten lugtede af mug og skimmelsvamp. Vindue ud til baggård fyldt med fuglelort. Vi blev der en nat, fordi vi ankom sent, og fik bid/stik af noget der kløede voldsomt. Bliv væk!

La verdad tuvimos suerte con una muy buena habitación y las personas de recepción siempre muy lindas. El problema era que la entrada a las habitaciones y escaleras estaban hechas un desmadre siempre con cosas y tenían una alfombra que olía súper mal. Fuera de eso entrabas a la habitación y muy espaciosa, limpia y gracias a Dios sin alfombra. Lo que sí es que se escuchaba perfectamente todo lo que ocurría en el hotel y el letrero estaba justo en la ventana así que toda la noche estaba iluminado que la cortina no alcanzaba a cubir
