The location of this property was perfect for us. Restaurants, cafes and shops are very close-by. The walk to UTAS Stadium was quick and easy. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful. The only downside to our stay, was the very loud snoring we heard during the night. Thankfully free earplugs were provided for our comfort. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Location is perfect! The place is spacious, bright and the bed comfortable The only problem is the noise from the office below and a church’s bell near by It’s also too bright. We needed to use ear plugs and eye mask Please note this place does not have elevator, it’s a step one flight upstairs On the bright side, the front desk staff was extremely charming and even offered a map where she pointed the main tourist attractions (inside information such as the Saturday market)

A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. Plenty of very close restaurant, including Buddha Thai and Pickled Evenings where we dined. Rate them both highly. Easy to navigate the sights of Launnie from this location. Loved our stay.
