This was our third time staying at Mood44 and it was lovely, as always! We were in room 101 this time which is our favorite of the rooms we’ve stayed in. Bright, view out to the street, spacious bathroom. The team is always accessible on WhatsApp and are very helpful and quick to reply. Will stay here again!

This was our 8th time staying at Mood 44. Tge location is perfect, a d we would never stay anywhere other than Mood 44. Valentina was exceptional in making sure everything was amazing. Excellent customer service. I would not suggest using the car service that the hotel uses for airport transfer. The driver showed up 25 minutes late to take us to the airport. The driver told my wife that he was 25 minutes late because the booking from the Hotel did not show the address where he was to pick us up, which I know was not true. We waited outside of Mood 44 at 9:00 am for 25 minutes. The driver was rude to my wife yelling at her in a Bangladeshi dialect as if it was her fault that he was 25 minutes late. The driver chose the longest route possible to the airport. I was watching the route on Apple Maps & he chose the route for 46 minutes instead of the route for 29 minutes. We were within minutes of missing our flight to Seattle because of the rudeness & ignorance of the Driver. Mood 44 might want to choose another company to use for getting their guests to the Airport

This is a hotel where the staff are at another hotel within Rome but they communicate very effectively through the Hotels.com app. We downloade the WhatsApp and was easily able to communicate that way. Seemed weird at first for a hotel but ended up being great. It felt like you had your own flat in Rome vs a hotel room. Room service for cleaning everday. The hotel is in a great location and a very high end part of Rome.

My stay at Mood 44 was wonderful! It’s right in the middle of shops and restaurants, but you’d never know it inside your sound-proof room. The check-in was simple and well explained, and although I didn’t see any staff on property, they responded very promptly to all of my messages and questions. Very grateful they could accommodate me at the last minute, and thankful to stay in this wonderful place.

It us a great location, convenient to all main attractions. Walking distance with great dining options nearby. Very clean and modern interior. The staff is great and very helpful. Take advantage of the airport transfer they offer. However, the only disappointment is that there is NO expresso machine in the room, in fact, no coffee maker in the room at all and you have to go to the nearby cafe in the next block. Also, be aware that there are no staff in this building at all. This is not clear when you make the booking.

This is a satellite hotel of Hotel Campo de’ Fiori, so there is no reception staff on site, but they are available through email and WhatsApp, and they are very responsive to any request. Our bath water was lukewarm on arrival; they fixed it the next morning. Our unit had a lovely soaking bathtub that was perfect after 20k steps, but other units have only a shower. The beds are extra firm; I have a sleep number bed set at 65 and this was firmer than that. I was counting on doing laundry, but there is no self-service laundry on site. There is a service a few doors down, open 8-5, which did not work with our touring plan. Otherwise, everything was clean and in good working order, and we had a very pleasant stay. There are plenty of food options in the immediate area, and the Colosseum and the Vatican are each about a mile away, in opposite directions. The Trevi fountain is about an 8-minute stroll. I would email the hotel after booking so they have direct communication with you. Hotels.com did not coordinate that well. I liked this hotel.
