This is a hotel where the staff are at another hotel within Rome but they communicate very effectively through the Hotels.com app. We downloade the WhatsApp and was easily able to communicate that way. Seemed weird at first for a hotel but ended up being great. It felt like you had your own flat in Rome vs a hotel room. Room service for cleaning everday. The hotel is in a great location and a very high end part of Rome.

Place was really clean and spacious. Management replied promptly and solved the issue immediately. I needed extra duvet and iron and it was provided within 5 minutes. AC was excellent. Overall stay was great and comfortable. Will book again in future.

We stayed in Rome for one night only. Suites are perfect for larger family, right in the middle of the Rome, few minutes walk to all the attractions, shopping and great restaurants. Owner arranged for us transportation to airport as well. Easy and convenient.
