Pior quarto de hotel da minha vida
A estrutura do hotel em si é boa, mas dos quartos é terrível. O box do banheiro sujo, ralo entupido, janela de madeira com teias de aranha dentro do box e ainda por cima sem tranca onde qualquer pessoa poderia abrir. Além disso, o quarto é antigo, onde nem as cobertas são guardadas em sacolas plásticas. Ainda por cima, no último dia pedi para limparem o quarto com aquela plaquinha que deixa na porta e a moça só arrumou minha cama, nem chegou a entrar no banheiro deixando toalhas molhadas e lixos cheios. Fora que no primeiro dia já eram 15:00 da tarde e ninguém tinha passado pra limpar o quarto. Agora na parte do café da manhã tem um ótimo buffet tirando a parte de terem servido leite azedo.

O hotel fica numa região agradabilíssima, bem em meio à natureza, isso é um diferencial para quem quer descansar. Os quartos são simples, mas limpos e com boa cama e chuveiro. O restaurante oferece duas opções de consumo, o buffet livre ou o serviço à la carte e bebidas variadas. A apresentação dos pratos poderia ser mais aprazível, como por exemplo os cortes dos legumes e verduras na feitura das saladas. No geral a comida estava boa, temperada a gosto. O café da manhã oferece boas opções. É natural, que numa estrutura mais antiga, haja um detalhe ou outro a ser reparado, como as janelas em madeira que se deterioram pela ação das chuvas e sol; isso demanda manutenção pontual para proporcionar mais beleza ao local e conforto aos usuários. Os jardins estão bonitos e bem cuidados; a piscina estava limpa e agradável; os outros espaços não utilizamos. Fui atendida por várias moças na recepção e, a não ser por uma recepcionista morena que me atendeu na manhã de segunda-feira, dia 27/01, todas foram simpáticas e disponíveis. Não sei o nome de recepcionista, mas deve ser fácil identificá-la, e acho que deve ser melhor treinada a lidar com os clientes, fato é que, ao me "atender", ela mal levantava os olhos de uns papéis, que parecia conferir, isso não foi nada profissional. Outro ponto é o momento da chegada do hóspede, houve cortesia e educação, mas não foi dada uma explicação do que o hotel oferece, isso é muito importante para quem chega nele pela primeira vez.

Hotel mto bom, limpeza do quarto péssima
O serviço de limpeza do quarto foi péssimo. Após a primeira noite, solicitamos a limpeza do quarto pela manhã e só foram nos atender por volta das 19h, após 3 pedidos. E foi uma limpeza muito mal feita, apenas arrumaram as camas e trocaram o tapete do banheiro e toalhas. Não lavaram o banheiro, não tiraram o lixo, nem sequer repuseram o papel higiênico, que inclusive acabou logo em seguida. O hotel em si é mto bom, mas essa questão deixou mto mto a desejar. Nem mesmo em hoteis mais simples e baratos que já nos hospedamos, vimos um serviço de quarto assim tão ruim.

Fiz minha reserva via "hoteis.com", e no campo observações extras da reserva, solicitei vinho e chocolares no quarto, para fazer uma surpresa. Para minha surpresa... zero... nada foi feito... Na mesma hora eu fui até o balcão onde fui informado que esta informação não havia sido entregue ao hotel para preparação dos itens extras. Imaginei que pelo incoveniente o responsável preparesse algo em outro quarto, ou sugerisse algo de cortesia... mas simplesmente nada foi feito.
