The location is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful but the apartment layout was bizarre. The bathroom is on the main level and the shower on the upper level. The room is on the upper level. If you want go to the bathroom during the night, you have to walk downstairs to the main level. The stairs were sleepy and too high making them inconvenient and dangerous. The sink in the bathroom is very tiny making it very inconvenient. The living room is a forced addition built on the court and has a strange design. It is not open on the main level. You have to go through an aluminum door. The sofas were dirty. The AC in the living room was not working. The room upstairs is open on the lower level, no privacy. The bed was nice and the shower was nice size as well but there was no place to hang up towels or clothes. The location is very convenient to the Hassan 2 Mosque, downtown, corniche, shopping and dining. There is also an indoor garage which a plus.
