The whole place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated, and the rooms had that high-end vibe without feeling stiff. What really made the trip, though, was the impeccable service. The staff was so attentive and genuinely friendly—they made sure both the adults and the kids had everything we needed. It was the perfect, stress-free home base for our Dubai adventures. A special mention goes to the doormen at the hotel entrance — they were incredibly kind, polite, and always welcoming. Their warm attitude made a real difference every day. I also want to thank the housekeeping staff. The room was always perfectly clean, everything smelled fresh, and they were all very helpful and attentive. Their work was impeccable. I truly became attached to everyone’s kindness, and I sincerely hope to see them again one day. I 100% recommend this hotel.
