A impressão que tive foi que me colocaram no pior quarto do hotel.Ao lado do quarto tinha um auditório e antes de chegar , o banheiro do quarto estava sendo usado pelo pessoal do auditório!A descarga do banheiro estava quebrada e demoraram a consertar.. Sem falar que fomos incomodados pelo pessoal do auditorio achando que ainda podiam utilizar o banheiro.O ar condicionado parecia pequeno para o tamanho do quarto e dava a impressão que não ia refrigerar.Mas deu conta do recado e tive uma boa noite de sono!No dia seguinte, café da manhã tinha pouca variedade e parecia que tinha poucos funcionários para repor as preparações que ia acabando e limpar as mesas! Tinha muita mesa com prato sujo em cima..foi difícil achar mesa!

Pontos positivos: Localização e cama boa. Pontos negativos: Estrutura muito velha, cheio de gambiarra no quarto e demais instalações, botão do elevador com mau contato, piscina minúscula, vaso sanitário solto, garagem insuficiente, roupa de cama menor do que o colchão, armário do quarto em condição ruim, sem tomadas acessíveis para carregar o celular, enfim uma lástima. Não indico.

O café da manhã era bem diverso, os funcionários bem educados, no entanto passei 5 dias no hotel e dormi bem apenas uma noite, pois o ar condicionado não estava gelando, informei varias vezes e so na ultima noite o problema foi resolvido

O hotel fica em uma excelente localização perto da orla de atalaia e do shopping Riomar. Café da manhã variado. Em relação ao quarto, poderia ser mais confortável a cama e o banheiro ser mais moderno. Ao lado da cama poderia ter mais um móvel como por exemplo uma cadeira.

Estrutura do hotel boa, bem arrumadinho, limpo e funcionários atenciosos. O colchão da cama de solteiro solicitei que fosse substituído e fui prontamente atendido. Existem alguns pontos 'estéticos' que podem ser melhorados como furos em paredes, mas isso não me afetou.

Eu quase me compliquei financeiramente e me senti um tanto constrangida porque no site do Hotéis.com, a hospedagem poderia ser dividia em 6X e no hotel Orion com muito custo consegui dividir em 2X. Da próxima vez vou tomar mais cuidado e precaução...

O hotel em é limpo, parece estar passando por uma revitalização, mas os quartos standard são muito "standard", ou seja, não tem conforto: colchões velhos, com cheiro de mofo, as paredes com infiltrações, chuveiro ruim com pouca água e pressão. O receptor da tv por assinatura ficava numa altura que se batia com a cabeça nele. Quarto sem ventilação externa. O café da manhã é bom, bem diversificado. O atendimento é bom, pessoal bem atencioso. A piscina estava aparentemente bem conservada. Resumindo, se for o local só pra dormir e não tiver problema com alergias, pode ser uma opção.

Não parei muito no hotel, apenas café, e dormir, mais o quarto deixou a desejar o frigobar vazio, poucas tomadas de energia, a televisão 20', sinceramente, para hotel muito pequena, fora que disseram que tinha tv a cabo, que só tinha mesmo era o cabo porque a programação não existia, no mais bairro muito bom,atendimento bom, café da manhã muito bom, precisa melhorar os quartos.
