Hotel is clean and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that there is no daily house keeping. They just came in to replace the towels which felt more like an inspection. Also only 2 full size towel and one floor towel for 2 person available. No other towels were given. A trash bin was only available in the bathroom and no outlet in the bathroom either.

The hotel is easy to find and its location is convenient. However, Registration is actually on the 3rd (?) floor but there is no sign at the entrance of the building/hotel or by the elevator to direct or instruct guests. The check-in process was inefficient because the staff asked us to type in all the required info. This should be the job of the staff who is familiar with all the required entries since they would be dealing with it day in and day out. As it was, my husband had to ask the staff what he needed to type which prolonged the check-in process. Not to mention that we were tired from traveling and we just wanted to go to our room! We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was even though it faced the street. I personally didn't like that there was a big step to enter the bathroom. That can be hazardous!

Check in was a nightmare asking for passport and credit card details to be sent in a chat to someone remotely checking you in. Otherwise the room was ok, the queen exec the bed was only 6 inches off the ground which was a surprise but pictures showed that. Road noise eventually stopped late but can hear it when trying to get to bed. Give credit for decent quality pillows but duvet was lacking For the money good value regardless of these things that can easily be improved.
