8/10 Very good

I arrived early and I was graciously offered breakfast while my room was being prepared. You take your breakfast from the top of the hotel with a view of the whole town. Riad Seddiki is near the most photographed alley in Chefchaouen and near the path that takes you down to main town. Mohamed from the front desk walked with me for a bit to make sure I was oriented—very helpful in this magical town. The hotel is spotless and quiet, with fun decoration that you’ll be amazed by. While trying to mimic the past, the hotel features like shower and beds are all very modern and first class. Hotel staff was super helpful with directions and ideas for the day including where to eat and what to visit. Mohamed would ask me, What’s your plan today—encouraging me to explore. And yes the town is really blue! Whatever hotel you pick, pick one like the Sedikki that is situated inside the old town and not on the outskirts. And if you do, I strongly recommend the Sedikki for its service and value.

Ce Riad a été entièrement rénové il y a peu de temps. C’est tout simplement magnifique! Il est idéalement situé en haut et en plein centre des ruelles bleues de Chefchaouen soit à 5 min à pied de la cascade d’un côté et à 5 min à pied de la kasbah de l’autre coté. La vue de la terrasse le matin au moment du petit déjeuner est l’une des plus belles sur la ville. La nourriture est excellente et les portions sont très généreuses . Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le personnel est vraiment serviable et nous avons profité des bons conseils de Muhammed qui nous a suggéré des activités (ne ratez pas la randonnée d’Akchour), des restaurants, a réservé nos grands taxis à bons prix (pour Akchour et Meknes) et nous a accompagné jusqu’à nos chauffeurs (car il est facile de se perdre en chemin dans les ruelles). Je recommande chaudement ce Riad.

Riad Seddiki er et skønt og autentisk sted i hjertet af Chefchaouens gamle medina. Riaden er nyrenoveret og smukt indrettet i traditionel marokkansk stil, meget velholdt og utrolig ren. Det, der virkelig imponerer, er servicen. Personalet er exceptionelt venlige og hjælpsomme, og serviceniveauet er langt over, hvad man normalt forventer af et 3-stjernet hotel. Da riaden ligger i den gamle bydel, er der lidt gang fra parkeringspladsen, men hotellet tilbyder at hente gæsternes kufferter, hvilket gør ankomsten nem og bekvem. En fantastisk oplevelse med autentisk charme, høj komfort og service i en klasse for sig.
