Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. Very big service apartment. Need electronic upgrade-still has old Sony lcd TV with TV cable connection. Has to upgrade to chromecast and mobile connectivity. It is a terrible interior, furniture and carpet. Sofa was bad too. Washing machine didn't work. Customer service was so bad. Boys were helpful in assisting. But customer service has only one answer, if washing machine breaks what can we do. Except shower, everything is in a poor state. More like a two star housing. They have a pool and gym attached from next door hotel. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the apartment given.
