Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. I stayed at Nassima because I thought it would be close to the Trade Center as I was in Dubai for a work conference. It turns out that due to the location, you have to either walk FAR or take an uber/taxi, which means you're stuck in so much traffic. For this reason, I would never stay here again if I'm at a Trade Center conference. It's NOT walkable and even the metro stop is a distance away with a lot of walking. On the good news, the connectoin to the Voca Hotel is fantastic because the breakfast buffet was delicious. Coffee was terrible. The best part about the experience was the STAFF. Fantastic check in and check out experience with the ladies at the desk was very quick, hospitable, and when my room was missing several things upon check in, they sent it up quickly. I want to appreciate Kashif the valet who was professional, helpful, and kind.
