Great facility, brand new and so clean. However, not all amenities open. Also, located is a very heavy traffic area, even for Mexico City.

The facilities are new but lacking the usual amenities you’re used from a 5* hotel. Also certain things are not working properly. For example the security box in the room and the AC all had to be repaired after checkin. The most annoying thing is the noise level. Even with closed doors (6h floor) to the balcony one could think you are standing on the street. Earplugs are already provided but the noise level is very high. The bathroom is tiny and there is nothing to put shampoo etc on but the floor. The rooftop is still under construction. This was not mentioned. On the positive side, the staff is great. Overall, I would not stay here again.

No me gustó que mis privilegios no fueron respetados y que hasta la fecha el reembolso del depósito aún no me llega! 😢 También al reservarlo decía que incluía el estacionamiento gratis y que tenía derecho a la entrada y salida anticipada y pues eso no pasó!
