The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of 2 station. Not far from Shinsuibashi suji, Ebishubashi-suji and Namba. There is family mart across the street and 7/11 not far from it. If you need to do laundry and hotel laundry full, there is one close by only 3 minutes walk. The room is great. The amenities is average.

Overall, Sugata is a remarkable hotel in Osaka. Helpful and straightforward guest service crew. The amenities include self laundry service at the second floor, water dispenser on each level, hotel room was clean. Buffet breakfast is a good touch as well, but they could include more variety. Rooms are expected to be smaller in size compared to other western counterparts, pillows are also not my thing, they weren’t soft and it contributed to some aches in my back. But I’d recommend the hotel to my friends and families. And who knows, I’ll be coming back as well.
