"I stayed here 2 weekends ago and had a very disappointing experience.
After checking in, we went out for dinner and returned around 10:00 PM only to find there was no running water in the room. The front desk said the water would be off until 5:00 AM and that bottled water would be brought up right away. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and was told someone was on the way. Another 30 minutes passed (now midnight) and nothing arrived, so we went to bed assuming it would be left outside the door.
The next morning at 7:00 AM, there was still no bottled water and no running water. I called again and was told water would be back on shortly. Since we had to leave just after 8:00 AM, we waited hoping to shower. The water finally turned on around 7:40 AM, but it was freezing cold and never warmed up, forcing us to leave without showering, which is unacceptable from a basic hygiene standpoint.
When checking out, I explained everything and was told I’d be refunded $20 for parking as compensation. That credit never appeared. I called days later and was told it would be fixed — it’s now almost two weeks later, I still haven’t received the refund, and the hotel no longer answers the phone.
While maintenance issues can happen, the lack of communication, follow through, and resolution was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel."
