Very interesting room layout! The room was practically brand new when I stayed there and the staff were very friendly. It's a bit of a ways out from the city center but I don't think it took more than 20 minutes on the subway to get there, with only one transfer. It's a short walk from the subway to the hotel. The building itself is very nice, the grounds were still being worked on. It seems that it will be quite beautiful when it's done!
