Great place! Didn’t realize you had to pre-check in with your id before you arrived, but staff was extremely helpful in getting me set. Big unit. Washer and dryer with detergent was a great option. Somehow a dirty plate was placed in the kitchen cabinet and missed, but otherwise very clean. Highly recommended.

Our booking was very last minute because of flight issues. This hotel was the best price for a 20 minute walk to Target Field to watch a baseball game. My wife and I were thrilled with the room. It was actually a very new & modern apartment style. A stellar perk for us was that it also had a washing machine and dryer in it because our luggage didn’t arrive with us so it was fantastic to clean all our clothing and continue our trip home with fresh clothes:)

Well, checking in was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve stayed at the 4 seasons and the Motel 6. Advice is do the ID screening with plenty of time ahead, but also do not worry if you are not given immediate check in instructions. There is a person on duty at all times who can help you. ……but, the next day the manager was over the top, completely took responsibility and alleviated my concerns. The location and hotel are 10/10 perfect, clean and spacious, the bed is located away from the window and the deep cement walls give quiet and privacy right in downtown Minneapolis. I walked everywhere, light breakfast and complimentary coffee/snacks and sodas. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not recommend

Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Surprisingly low rate. On site indoor parking available at a reasonable rate. Very nice, brand new appliances. Décor was ascetic, which I like but might be disappointing to some. Breakfast was also pretty spartan. The area is safe and pleasant. Will definitely be a primary consideration the next time I'm in town.

This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!

Room was amazing and the pickleball court was a huge plus. The complimentary snacks and drinks were above and beyond. Only things I can say is it was a tad warm in the room even at the lowest cold setting at max power, the pull out couch was a little hard on the body and I wish there was rollaway beds available. Beyond those small things everything else was perfect and I would give it 5 stars if not for those minor issues. Staff was also extremely friendly.

Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and affordability.

Worst hotel check in and customer service experience my family has ever had. I was on and off the phone with customer service for the entire duration of our travel (8 hours driving...) This company could not run a simple credit card transaction or figure out how to cater and pivot to a resolution until we pulled up to the traffic light in front of our hotel. "Pay at the property" did not exist even though it was advertised as so. The space and the room was great but this customer service was so bad I couldn't recommend to anyone I like.
