Easiest check in! We were warmy greeted by staff and given a quick run down of amenities. The property was just as pictured and described. This unit delivered everything we needed for our family of five for a weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting lodging that checks all the boxes when visiting Arches National Park and the delightful town of Moab!
My teens loved the queen sized loft bed.

Proximity to Arches and camp-ish feel was why I chose HTR. Having access to showers and a kitchen after a long day of hiking is really appreciated. The only downside was the noise from the highway while staying in the tents. Otherwise, a great place and helpful and friendly host.

We are a couple traveling with our elderly parents and teen daughter. So we either needed 2 hotel rooms or something like this. What i booked was a 1 room cabin with a loft bed, kitchen, bathroom and living room, 2 queen beds and sofa couch. On arrival, the office was closed but there was a paper on a magnet board with a map and it said we were in the lodge with a code to get in. This is not what I booked but when I called the number, they said if you don't like it you can have a refund. So we decided to check it out. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. 3 queen beds total, 1 futon. We felt that was considererably better than what we had booked so we stayed. The beds were very soft which we like. One bed was pretty squeaky. Plenty of extra bedding, pillows, towels. The bathroom had a deep bathtub which was very difficult for the elders to get into and was very slippery inside. Also the handles were stripped and the temperature was hard to control. For what we paid for the property, I would expect a little higher level of upkeep and clenliness, the front door was not secure at all. The couches were very uncomfortable and small but hopefully most people don't have to spend as much time on them as our elderly parents did. The kitchen has basics so small meals could be made and there were nice areas outside to sit and chat or be alone. Mainly it just needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. I would stay at the property again.

Do not remember. Washrooms away from tents. Did not feel comfortable to try staying here. Not a place for seniors in our opinion. Especially for those who get up during the night. Not like the picture we saw when booked it. No one that looked like they were in charge. We were lucky to find another place We paid ahead and would like to be refunded.

Let me start with communication and the check-in process. TERRIBLE! ZERO COMMUNICATION. NO EMAIL 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN. I messaged the host about it and got NOTHING IN RETURN. I messaged saying I wasn't going to arrive until 1am. I GOT NO COMMUNICATION BACK. As for the tent, plenty of plugs for plugging things. 2 people can sleep on the bed comfortably. You are able to lock the tent for protection. The restrooms and showers are a short walking distance. DO BETTER ON COMMUNICATION.

Be warned: the listing pictures are for the cute cabins, but this property also includes a 1950's motel with truck-stop bathrooms/showers. The deceptive listings never specifically mention the old motel rooms, which are very cramped, have concrete floors, and smell with a prison-y vibe. The rooms next to the bathrooms also have the pleasure of hearing flushing toilets and farts every time someone uses the facilities. I could have lived with the poor accommodations except that no one was even at the property to check us in! I had called early in the day--no answer. I arrived around 8pm--no one at the office. I called the number in the listing--no answer. Thus kicked off the most stressful hour of my vacation as I struggled to find accommodations at the very last minute. Even when I attempted to cancel my reservation--no contact until late the next day. When I contacted Hotels.com, the lovely agents intervened to contact the property--the hotel never even bothered to respond to Hotels.com. I would avoid this property. Moab has many awesome places that are more worthy of your time. And check out the Mill Creek Hike while you are there.

First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day! So, I canceled it!

I booked the triple bunk room for my family, its rustic but we were only staying two nights and looking for a cheap trip. The day of check-in I arrive just after check-in time which is 4pm and find there office closed. The hours are 10-4pm so they intentionally plan to not be there for check-in and check out (which is 10am). I find a paper with instructions for our room. Go to our room only to find it isn't the room I paid for. Its a much smaller room that sleeps 5 instead of the triple bunk room that sleeps 9. No one could help me resolve this so We crammed into the smaller room but paid for the larger room. I have not received a refund or even a response though I have tried contacting them multiple times. Additionally, 1 of the beds was not made on arrival and we had to go searching for clean bedding. DON'T STAY HERE

Fermeture défectueuse...nous avons dû fuir avant même de poser une valise et trouver un autre logement digne de ce nom en urgence. Personne pour vous accueillir ou vous aider. Ne répondent pas au téléphone..debrouillez vous! et bien sûr pas de remboursement proposé. Prix inapproprié. Une honte! Fuyez !
